It's not easy to describe the indescribable … this space of quietude that rises from within. But we all know it,
we've all tasted it before. This is our ‘original state’.

Freedom is a song of generosity, morality and mindfulness - a coming together of experience. It's the story of our journey and accord with life.

Who are the men that surround you, and what does the boy that still resides within them inspire in you?

There is more beyond what your mind believes: you can feel it in your gut, you exude it in your heart — you discover it in being fully alive.

Somewhere between there and here, I started to look like her – I started to speak like her and my mannerisms were hers, all along so very different.

YOU are the universe, looking through this lens - this body, these beliefs, these experiences - and you are not contained!

We live in a culture that has fallen out of sync with the natural rhythm of life and death - a culture that fears it. We ignore it, push it to the side - acknowledge it for the sake of pragmatism, but we don't honor it. 

One is not the loneliest number!  We are taught that we are separate and that we are powerless,
but together we are one and, oh, so strong!

I hear the sound of the human revolution – the inner transformation that changes our circumstances -- affects our world. it is swift and it begins within - inside our selves - in a space that is infinite. its conductor is awareness and its instrument is love.

Beneath the surface of the mind, beneath the layers of sludge, lies an exquisite piece of mahogany called Self. Although, years and layers of painful emotions - beliefs, experiences and choices - may impede us from seeing its splendor, all it takes is a little mindful elbow grease - time, attention, patience and effort - to reveal its infinite durability and beauty.

We are more than our failures, although they may feel hard to forgive.
We are more than the stuff we have although it engages us with glitter.
We are more than our mind wanting to be right and all the stories that it wants to affix onto humanity.
We are more than our fear of what lies beyond.

It's easy to get lost in the list of resolutions - those whose intentions are important in the recalibration and harmony of our mind, body, and spirit and those that just take up space.
